JB's was created in the swamps of Sopchoppy over 40 years ago by our infamous, late uncle, James "JB" Burge. The caricature on the bottle captures the very essence of his larger then life personality! A true tribute to the sauce he created - a little sweet, a little spicy, and a whole lotta FLAVOR!
