My jug of sauce was empty when I received it in the mail. Haven't had anyone contact me back about it yet.

Sopchoppy sauce is fantastic, Second time I have purchased it and I bought a gallon of the sauce. Pull Pork Nachos, hamburgers just to name a few. Love it.

Their site doesn't calculate the shipping correctly and they knew this. But instead of contacting me asap about, I had to get hold of them to find out where my order was because has been long enough when they are only 45 min to an hour from me. Their response was that they didn't ship it because not enough postage was paid. I told them I paid what the site calculated my order to be. They said they would send it when I send more for shipping. I told them to just cancel my order and they told nope, no refunds and that it says so on the site. I went and double checked and it did NOT say that anywhere. What said was that the merchandise could not be returned for a refund. I told them I am not returning the merchandise since I did not receive. It fell on deaf ears for another week or so. Then I told I was going to call the Better Business Bureau and report them and their business. They finally sent it. What is sad is ... The sauce is fantastic ... The people weren't.
